A Power-Packed Spring Conference in Charlotte

The EGSA 2025 Spring Conference in Charlotte was one for the books, bringing together more than 400 attendees from across the U.S. and around the world. The energy was high as professionals from every corner of the on-site power industry gathered for three days of networking, education, and industry insight. From thought-provoking keynotes to unforgettable evening events, the conference delivered on all fronts.

The program kicked off Monday morning with an inspiring keynote from author and leadership expert Sam Silverstein, who challenged attendees to rethink accountability and embrace a culture of trust. That same afternoon, EGSA hosted its annual awards luncheon, sponsored by MeccAlte, where members were recognized for their outstanding contributions to the industry. The day wrapped with a high-octane evening party at the NASCAR Hall of Fame, where attendees enjoyed great food, drinks, and conversation—generously sponsored by ABB.

Tuesday brought another standout moment with a keynote address by Aaron Jagdfeld, CEO of Generac. His insights into the future of power generation and the evolving energy landscape resonated deeply with attendees. The conference came to a close Tuesday evening with a fantastic celebration sponsored by IGSA, where new connections were toasted and lasting memories were made.
