If your member company registers more than 2 employees (excluding spouses/significant others, Chair's rate, or complimentary exhibitors/sponsors), each additional person receives a 50% discount on their registration fee (not applicable to the optional items)
To receive the discount, use the group registration feature and the discount will automatically apply to all the registrations after the first two. If your team didn’t register via the group registration, we can still offer the discount. If you need assistance with group registration, please email info@EGSA.org.
Spouses & Significant Others Attend FREE!
For Spring 2026, EGSA invites all attendees to bring their spouses or significant others along at NO EXTRA COST. What better place to enjoy a mini-vacation than San Diego in the spring? Registered better halves will enjoy complimentary access to all meal functions and networking receptions throughout the conference.
Individuals that are employees of companies in the power industry and/or members of EGSA are NOT ELIGIBLE to register as a Spouse/Significant Other. If you register at the wrong category, we will update your registration type and will be invoiced for the difference in registration fees.
2026 Membership Dues

If you are the Primary Contact, Billing Contact, or Executive Contact for your organization, and you are not able to manage your organization, please contact EGSA to update your account privileges.
To receive the discounted member rate, ensure your 2026 Membership Dues are paid and updated. If you are a current, fully-paid 2026 EGSA member and are still being charged the non-member rate, please contact us immediately.
Non-Member Registration
If you are a non-member, please use this link to create a new account. You will need to completely fill out the information BEFORE registering for the Spring Conference. If you would like to join EGSA as a member before you register, please contact EGSA.
CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing. Full refunds (excluding networking activities) will be granted until March 6, 2026, minus a $125 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after March 6, 2026. All refunds will be issued after the Conference. Confirmed attendees or exhibitors who do not attend the Conference will not be issued refunds or credit toward future conferences. No refunds will be provided for canceled networking activities.
Substitutions: Registered attendees who are unable to attend may substitute their registration to another employee within the same organization at no additional charge. All substitution requests must be submitted in writing prior to the start of the Conference. Substitutions are not permitted for individuals outside of the registrant’s organization.
